Geliştiriciye ya da üçüncü taraflara hiçbir veri gönderilmez. Cihazınızın kendi yedeklemesi açıksa uygulama verileri yalnız sizin hesabınızdaki o yedeğe dahil olabilir. Bu yedek (Android'de Google hesabınızdaki cihaz yedeği, iOS'ta iCloud ya da bilgisayar yedeği) cihazınızın bir özelliğidir, sizin denetiminizdedir ve cihazınızın ayarlarından kapatılabilir; yeni bir cihaza geçtiğinizde köylerin taşınmasını sağlar. Yedeğe biz erişemeyiz.
Bilgi kartları, istenirse cihazınızın kendi metin okuma motoruyla seslendirilir. Uygulama bu amaçla hiçbir veriyi kendisi göndermez; okuma motorunun davranışı cihazınızın ayarlarına ve o motorun sağlayıcısına bağlıdır.
Ebeveyn bölümünden bir profili ve köyünü silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırdığınızda cihazdaki bütün veriler silinir; cihaz yedeğinizdeki kopyayı cihazınızın yedek ayarlarından silebilirsiniz. Bizde hiçbir veri tutulmadığı için ayrıca bir silme başvurusu gerekmez.
Uygulama 7–10 yaş çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır. Çocuklardan hiçbir kişisel veri toplanmaz; bu nedenle ebeveyn onayı gerektiren bir veri işleme yoktur. Ebeveyn bölümü bir kapı sorusunun arkasındadır. Uygulamada reklam, uygulama içi satın alma, sohbet ya da kullanıcılar arası paylaşım bulunmaz.
Kişisel veri işlenmediği için uygulama; 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK), Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve ABD Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA) kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerle uyumludur. Bu yasalardan doğan haklarınız (bilgi alma, erişim, düzeltme, silme) için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsiniz; ancak elimizde size ait hiçbir veri bulunmadığını belirtmek isteriz.

None. The app contains no ads, analytics, tracking, crash reporting, account system or third-party services (SDKs). It does not request access to device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
To make the game work, the following is stored in the app's private storage on the device; the app does not send it anywhere:

No data is sent to the developer or to third parties. If your device's own backup is turned on, app data may be included in that backup, in your own account only. That backup (the device backup in your Google account on Android, iCloud or computer backup on iOS) is a feature of your device, is under your control and can be turned off in your device settings; it lets the villages move with you to a new device. We cannot access the backup.
Fact cards can optionally be read aloud by your device's own text-to-speech engine. The app itself sends no data for this purpose; how the speech engine behaves depends on your device settings and on that engine's provider.
You can delete a profile and its village in the parents' area. Uninstalling the app removes all data on the device; a copy in your device backup can be deleted from your device's backup settings. Since we hold no data, no separate deletion request is needed.
The app is designed for children aged 7–10. No personal data is collected from children, so there is no data processing that would require parental consent. The parents' area is behind a parental gate. The app has no ads, no in-app purchases, no chat and no sharing between users.
Because no personal data is processed, the app is consistent with the obligations of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). To exercise your rights under these laws (information, access, rectification, erasure) you may write to the address below; please note that we hold no data about you.
If this policy changes, the current text will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If the app ever gains a feature that collects data, this policy will be updated before that feature is released.
